I bring over 20 years of experience in the travel, tourism, meetings, events, and medical industry, with a strong foundation in business development, strategic partnerships, and sales execution. My background includes supporting Walt Disney World Meetings & Events, developing merchandise and product programs for a leading Destination Management Company, and serving as Corporate Regional Marketing Manager for Tommy Hilfiger/PVH, where I expanded my scope to include tour and travel market oversight.
I have held key roles within the Orlando market, including Strategic Partnerships Manager for GO Pegasus and Director of Tourism for Simon Property Group, overseeing tourism marketing initiatives for the Orlando Premium Outlets. Following the pandemic, I founded Tricia Henson Consulting, Inc., and later launched H5 Incentives, a dedicated division focused on gifting, merchandise, and experiential solutions for the meetings, events, and incentive industry.
I remain actively involved in industry leadership through Visit Orlando, Visit Florida, Experience Kissimmee and am a proud Past President of the MPI Greater Orlando Chapter. My extensive network, market insight, and hands-on experience position me as a strategic partner focused on driving visibility, engagement, and measurable results.
